We design and implement the SQL-based marketing database-management software, and tailor marketing programs to the needs of the company. We also supply software loaded with a directory database.

We undertake the training of your staff to use the programs and provide follow-up services. Our custom programs are suitable for facilitating the management of contacts and for recording the current and potential partners as well as the events related to them.

The programs enable the user to prioritize and evaluate the customers and potential customers to follow the events of marketing campaigns and optimize campaigns. They ensure selection on the basis of all data entered in the data base (Relationship Marketing). There are label-printing and letter-printing options attached to the segments.

  Processing and purge of directories

With a combination of computerized and manual methods, we correct company addresses, that are erroneous, filters out dupes, and removes liquidated, terminated and bankrupt companies, and the firms with invalid addresses form the lists and directories of the client.

We update its clients’ directories via telemarketing or via exploiting its extensive data base of “dumb” companies which can not be accessed at their address. Multiple client-directories can be checked for overlaps, even when the names and addresses are inaccurate.

We convert the directory structure of the client’s database to match the new software, convert lower case data to capitals, and vice versa, and any code to any other code. It checks postal codes and settlement names.
