mining programs. Finally we predict the
customers' habits and behavior, define campaign
objectives in recruitment, retention, revival or

demographical, social, occupational and flat

provincial town by demographic statistics.
We segment huge address databases and forecast
the proportion of answers based on test
campaigns with neural software and statistical
analysis instruments. We can increase the
proportion of answers and the efficiency by
choosing the individual part-lists and
segmenting whole effective force. Using these
methods a more effective address list is
