Designing a Donation System  Structure Collecting donation is a huge work and responsibility. All the participants have to be a part of a carefully set up system, otherwise the campaigns will be stagnant and the money to make it work will end up in the hands of a couple of sub-contractor, the data of donors will leak out, people with different liability level will be arguing and the head of the operation will not be able to see through the process because of lack of information and so on and on. The process of collecting donation has to be ready for audit. There must be regulations implemented for data protection, storing and for prevention of illegal use and for Robinson list, just to mention a few.
