AGates, doors and frames are identified with the name Hörmann, because Hörmann group offers the biggest supply in Europe.

CID has a partnership with Hörmann Kft.- since 2000. We coordinate and carry out regularly their direct mail campaigns. We also send out invitations to the professional target groups for the yearly professional exhibitions (BNV, Construma).

Since 2004 there is a possibility on the Hörmann Website to order catalogues by post. CID as a contracted partner with Hörmann can register the needs, do postal sending weekly and update the database.

CID also operates Hörmann’s infoline. Through this line the people who call in have a possibility to choose the closest service place and also order more brochures.

CID has developed a system, which provides from a growing reseller’s list the closest firm’s data, based on the zip code.

This geographical based software was successfully used by us, solving some similar tasks and helping with this the work of the operators and evaluators. We have been able to send out a few thousand brochures to those who showed interests.
