Mothers of newborn babies.

  Strategy:
Interviewing new mothers at the hospitals, have them to fill out a questionnare for a sampling-package. Building personal contacts through personalised letters. Loyalty program with many gifts.

 

  Creative platform:
Quaterly sending personalised letters, samples, gifts and Libero Magazines. On-line client service is supported with database.

  Result:
Reaching 15% market share. DIMAKO prize in 1998.
